2. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

Payment is to be made in full at time of order.

For orders of less than 20,000 cards and any quantity of key tags we will supply plastic cards or key tags for approval (a proof) and the following will apply-

If a customer cancels an order before proofs are produced there will be a cancellation charge of £150.

If a customer cancels an order once a proof has been produced they will be charged £90 for the proof and £45 for each additional proof type. If a customer has paid for artwork to be produced any artwork charges are not refundable once the work has been started. These charges are in addition to the cancellation charge.

Once proofs have been approved cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.

If a customer waives their right to a proof cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.

If an order is a re-print of a previous order proofs will not be produced and cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.

For orders of 20,000 cards or more we will supply a pdf proof for approval and the following will apply-

If a customer cancels an order before proofs are produced there will be a cancellation charge of £150. If the order is cancelled after the proofs have been supplied but prior to approval there will be a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the value of the order. Once proofs have been approved cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.

If an order is a re-print of a previous order proofs will not be produced and cancellation of the order is not possible and refunds will not be given.

3. Re-prints

We do endeavour to match previous colours as much as possible, however, an exact material and ink colour match to those of previous orders is not possible.

4. Customer Supplied Data

It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the data they supply is correct.

5. Proofs

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the proofs we supply. If a customer waives a proof we accept no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome.

If the proofs have bar codes, QR codes or magnetic stripes it is the customer’s responsibility to check that these work correctly with their computer systems.

If we supply contactless cards for approval it is the customer’s responsibility to check that these work correctly with their computer systems.

6. Barcodes, Numbering & Personalisation

For orders of less than 20,000 cards and any quantity of key tags barcodes, QR codes, numbering and personalisation will be added before the cards or key tags are laminated, these will not wear off.

For orders of 20,000 cards or more barcodes, unique QR codes, numbering and personalisation will be added after the cards are laminated, these will wear off in time.

7. Delivery

Our delivery charges are for a single delivery to a UK mainland address. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply an accurate delivery address, including postcode, full contact name and telephone number at the time of order. Failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

Advice of damage or non-delivery should be made to us within 3 working days of the actual delivery date and be confirmed in writing within a further 4 working days.

8. Lead times

The lead times quoted on the website apply to order quantities of 10,000 or less and although we make every effort to meet the lead times quoted these are not guaranteed.

9. Offers and offer codes

We offer these to new customers so they can try our products at reduced rates, we’re prepared to “put our money where our mouth is” in order to inform and persuade those who’ve not had first hand experience of our plastic cards. Consequently offers and offer codes are only available to new customers for use on their first order.

10. VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

11. Warranties

We do not provide any warranties or guarantees of any kind relating to the suitability of our products for a particular purpose. Nor do we not accept any liability in respect of any unsatisfactory quality or poor performance as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. We do not accept any liability for any indirect costs, consequential damages, loss of profits, goodwill or data associated with the performance of our products or resulting from delays in delivery.
